A Quantum Portrait Technique by Slovenian Artist Alenka SLAVINEC

BREATH IN – Surrender (2020)

Panorama Edition, Purana Qila, New Delhi, 2024

A non-edited portrait of Rudolf Gus, created before Slovenia’s national lockdown in March 2020, revealing the shared breath between forests and humanity. The timing of the work, scheduled for exhibition on the very day the world shifted, raised questions about the intuitive and pre-visionary quality of Slavinec’s art.

Alenka SLAVINEC presents SILIAMMM – The Quantum Portrait, an innovative artistic technique that merges authentic sound, etheric presence, vibration, and light into a new form of contemporary art photography. Internationally recognized as a pioneering approach to consciousness-based portraiture, SILIAMMM expands photography beyond the visual, entering the subtle dimensions of human energy, ancestral memory, and frequency.

Image description:
This rare and powerful artwork captures a full moon eclipse aligned with the fiery presence of Mars. Created without any digital manipulation, the scene reveals a real-time celestial phenomenon in which the Moon and Mars appear as two luminous bodies mirroring the eternal union of feminine and masculine energies.
Below the sky’s spectacle, a woman stands on the left—embodying softness, intuition, and receptivity—while a man stands on the right, grounded in presence and strength. Together, they reflect the timeless dance of soulmates connected beyond physical form, united through spirit, heart, and unconditional love.
The image becomes a poetic bridge between heaven and Earth: the planetary alignment symbolizes cosmic harmony and yin–yang balance the human figures echo this union in an intimate, universal language the composition invites stillness, contemplation, and recognition of the unseen forces that connect us across lifetimes.
Cosmic Dance of the Moon and Mars is a visual meditation on unity, destiny, and the cosmic choreography of love.

The Birth of SILIAMMM
The SILIAMMM concept emerged after Slavinec’s intensive 21-day meditation retreat in a natural cave in northern Ibiza, followed by a period of integration on the island’s Crystal Mountain. Named by Spanish artist Marco Caparrós and activated through a ritual performed by Iritreja women, SILIAMMM became both an artistic identity and a method in which primordial sound opens a gateway to the subject’s inner truth.
Each portrait is created through deep presence.
Slavinec sings a specific vibrational tone — a resonance that guides her subjects into a state where identity masks dissolve and their authentic frequency becomes visible. The resulting image captures the soul’s expression, often revealing emotional layers, ancestral memory, and the energetic potential of the moment.
SILIAMMM debuted at the Ljubljana Festival in 2018 at the 21st Contemporary International Art Colony, where participating artists recognized in her photographs the same essence they painted on canvas.

Collaboration with Simon Ma • 1862 Fashion Art Center, Pudong
Moments after a sound ritual, Slavinec created the now-iconic photograph of a horse’s “heart-eye,” revealing the deep emotional intelligence and sacred presence of the animal. Alenka recently performed at the first Concert for Nature in the Amazon rainforest, LOVE YOUR MOTHER, part of the OMMM & Amazon for Life initiative for COP 2025.
Her work resonates strongly with cultural, environmental, and Indigenous communities. Slavinec collaborates with artists, shamans, musicians, and institutions worldwide, using photography as an instrument of cultural bridge-building and environmental awareness.
In 2023, she received the Jaguar Award from the Four Worlds International Institute in Palenque, Mexico — an honor also bestowed on Dr. Jane Goodall — for contributions to Indigenous preservation and global unity.

Alenka – Portrait and the Birthplace of SILIAMMM: Awareness of Oneness
Mihelič Gallery Premiere, 2021
This work reveals the primordial environment where the SILIAMMM vision was conceived: the feminine archetype of the womb, expressed through the sacred imagery of Mary as Mother Earth.
The cave becomes a symbolic womb of creation — a chamber of origin — where white wings evoke the movement of sperm and the mystery of life’s beginning. For Slavinec, this cave is a meditation sanctuary, an inner temple, and the birthplace of her artistic language.
This portrait of Alenka, photographed by Nebojša Babič, with body expression by Sandra Požun and photomontage by Alenka herself, merges into a unified visual statement about origin, femininity, and awakening.

Her life and art embody the principles of:

respect • dignity • sovereignty • serenity • love • freedom • peace • abundance

Through her photographs, sound rituals, and visual stories, Alenka invites us to remember our inner world and our connection to the Source — a universal field of pure harmony beyond gender, religion, and form.

It is timeless.
It is infinite.
It is the Oneness we all share.
